  • Individual Counseling

    • Clients meet one-on-one with a licensed alcohol and drug counselor to work on personal recovery goals, relapse prevention, co-occurring concerns, and ongoing treatment planning.

  • Group Therapy

    • Structured therapeutic groups provide psychoeducation, skill development, peer support, and a consistent space to process the challenges and progress of recovery.

  • Co-Occurring Disorder Support

    • Our programming is designed to address both substance

use and mental health needs concurrently, with access to

integrated therapeutic support and medication oversight

  • Care Coordination & Collaborative Support

    • Our team actively coordinates with each client’s existing providers, case managers, probation and parole officers, social workers, and other community supports to ensure treatment is integrated, communication is consistent, and care transitions are smooth.

  • Person-Centered Treatment Planning

    • Each client actively participates in developing and

updating their treatment plan, with goals built around their

individual strengths, needs, and life circumstances.

  • Relapse Prevention & Skill-Building

    • Clients develop practical tools for identifying triggers, managing cravings, building healthy routines, and sustaining recovery in real-world settings.

  • Family Involvement (When Appropriate)

    • With client consent, family members or support persons

may be engaged in the treatment process to strengthen

      recovery supports and communication.

  • Continuum of Care & Discharge Planning
